@NatWest_Help Just had a call back from you and after waiting in a queue I got cut off! I opened accounts for my step sons 2 weeks ago, they have debit cards, they have PINs but we still don't know their account numbers so can't pay any money in. Can you help please!

@NatWest_Help They have had 3 emails each from NatWest, none of which include an account or customer number. They both have received card and pin but nothing else in the post.

@NatWest_Help One is 11 so not allowed on Twitter. The other is 15 but he has no interest in having a Twitter account. When I called the other day I was told to get one of them to call. When they did we got cut off. They just want to know their account numbers so we can pay money in.
