@rob_tyas @HM_Passport Hi yes got it sorted !!! I just turned up to my appointment in the selected time explained and they let me in. They can find where you have paid on the system. I now have my new passport 😌

@HM_Passport I have paid for a 1 week fast track appointment on the 28 Apr my payment went through and the money was taken from my account. I have not yet received a confirmation email and my appointment is tomorrow!I have rang your number but was no help. Please can u help ????

@ITSCAMM_ This should be okay !!! I ended up going through and my passport will be here by next Saturday ❤️ if you prove you have paid they can find it in the system. The lady in my interview is saying there is like 20-30 people a day with the same problem xx
