@reallyDeeDee @HM_Passport I've heard they release new appointments at midnight too. I managed to get through in the afternoon after trying it for a few days. I'm guessing it's pot luck. Unfortunately you can't choose your office. I was only offered Durham which is a 5 hour round trip for me. Good luck!!

@reallyDeeDee @HM_Passport I constantly sat hitting the appointment link on hm passport webpage until I finally got through. Even though I have had no confirmation I will attend on the day and hopefully get it sorted. Hope it all works out for you 🤞

@kellymorton82 @HM_Passport Same happened to me last week. I made an appointment for 28th May in Durham. Took money but had no confirmation. It's over 2 hour drive but I'm going to go despite having no confirmation. Did you sort your problem out?
