Over maternity leave, I emailed the charity that helped me the most as I navigated an antenatal diagnosis of serious heart disease for my son about how I could give back. Who knew over 6 months on I’d be about to start facilitating my 5th peer support group for ❤️ parents to be❣️
Our next parent-to-be virtual #supportgroup starts on Weds 1st Sept at 8pm. The group is facilitated by the lovely @abbiesmind, who has worked in the charity sector for over 10 years delivering peer support programmes & is also a heart mum.

The horrific massacres of sick, injured & disabled people, starvation & targeting of health & aid workers is overwhelmingly horrifying & heartbreaking. Solidarity with all fighting for liberation, health & healing justice.
