I’ve not done any CrossFit for 9 months 😔 I registered for daily workouts and this was my 1st 🙌 My drive is not quite 400m 😜 so added an extra run with 12 thrusters. Warm up included a yoga sun salutation, air squats, practice run and some lazy burpees #keepmeaccountable
