@greateranglia my brother received a letter requesting a penalty payment for an unpaid ticket on 7 May. It’s dated 8 August & was only received today stating this needs to be settled within 14 days from the date of the letter. He was not on the train, please advise how to proceed

@OfficialPLT I placed an order on 23/07/22 and i was notified it was dispatched on 27/07/22. According to the tracking the courier still hasn’t even received this. Could you please locate my parcel? Order #122-2037533-6916148

@Hyther12 I appreciate our generation has it harder in terms of getting on the property ladder etc, trust me I am living through it now, but I think it’s very narrow minded to assume they had it easier.

@Hyther12 I’m just going to have to correct you there.. with Mary being my Nan I can assure you she does not own her own house and has never stepped foot into a university. She lives in a static home with just enough money to get by, and even still she seems happier in life than you..
