@RahmEmanuel Apparently disbanding the Dept of Education was the right move. Our education system was much better before they existed. Teachers were allowed to teach. The basics, reading , writing and Math were the important goals.

@skumWgmi No, she just gave up. What you see as necessary, she sees as extra. You didn't need a Venue, you can simply rent a hall for less than 800, have it in someone's yard or at a park . Same for food, Costco has amazing trays, and salads. If there is a will, there is a way.
