I never realized how important Social Monitoring and Listening is! Hootsuite's "streams" feature allowed me to see it in a real-world example and understand just how crucial it is for any brand, organization, etc.

I made this after 3 months of crocheting, and it took me a whole month! For beginners, the best advice is to follow through, even when it gets difficult. You can do it, as long as you keep trying!

Crocheting is a super fun hobby, and much easier than you think! I freehanded this sweater in November, less than a year after I first started crocheting. It's definitely tricky at first, but it gets better!

The chatbox function is so cool! You can give it a tone of voice, knowledge files, and create multiple. This would be beneficial to communicate with audiences without taking too much time away from other priorities.

I found the "Hootsuite Organizations" section very interesting. I think it is very helpful that you are able to have different levels (Super Admin, Admin, and View Only) and grant different permissions for each.

I enjoyed learning about the app, and specifically how well it is organized. The streams are extremely easy to access, and it is also easy to post from. I was pleasantly surprised at how simple it was to use!

Fun Fact: I have two guinea pigs! I have had them for about a month and they are just the cutest! Their names are Lizzy (the striped one) and Lola (the one with cowlicks) and they are the best of friends !!
