@lyft how can a rider get a bad review for being late when there are fees charged for being late AND drivers leave after 5 minutes. Donโt understand this logic.

@Delta today was a serious fail, capping off with sitting on the tarmac 30 mins (so far) waiting for a gate at CHA ๐คฏ, an airport no bigger than my bedroom. This, after 2 delayed flights due to crew delays (not equipment, not weather)!!! AND the App was a TOTAL FAIL!!!

@slinganswers I have lost my local Chicago channels (except Fox) bc I changed to a credit card is billed in a different state. Your system wonโt allow me to change the card (reverts back when I try to save) and all your numbers are out of service. Iโd like a refund!
@madeincookware no plates for my guests even though I ordered on Friday (11/23) and PAID for overnight shipping. Dishes set to arrive on 11/30. FAIL! SHAME! I will dispute the charges with my credit card.
