Ingredientes:
• 4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
• 350 g de camarones
• 2 dientes de ajo
• 1/2 pimiento rojo
• 100 g de tomates cherry •
15 g de mantequilla
• Perejil
• Jugo de 1/2 limón
• 250 g de pasta
• 2 cucharones de agua de cocción de la pasta
• Sal
• Pimienta
• Pimentón dulce
• Chile
• Queso Gouda

Having been born and raised in Newport Beach, I lived there until I left for the military at 18. I came back four years later to find everything had already changed so much. I stayed another three years before leaving for NYC for school. Every time I returned after that, it just kept getting worse—more crowded, less safe, unrecognizable.

I’m the 10th generation born in California. My whole family eventually left because of the skyrocketing cost of living, crushing taxes, and Gavin Newsom ruining the state. I always thought I’d live there and raise my own children, but after graduating, I couldn’t. It’s heartbreaking what’s happened to our home.
