Under Harper, nothing changed for the betterment of Alberta, and as you know, he is Calgarian.

A few years back, we had a referendum, where a resounding majority voted to kill the Equalization system. We were ignored.

Carney promised a pipeline, then adds many stipulations that scares anyone away from investing in it, including a carbon tax that will add $5-$10 to every barrel of oil. As you know, this will make us uncompetitive. How will you fix this?

We need REMIGRATION, and we need it now. We need someone with the cajones to do it, and sorry, but I don't think you are that person. As much as it pains me to type.

We need an equal voice in the HoC and Senate, and a voting system that doesn't exclude us altogether. Stephen Harper had the chance to do so, and he didn't do it. Many years of majority governing, and he didn't do it.

Albertans are sick of giving chances and receiving empty promises. Due to the electoral system, all politicians in charge are always going to pander to the East, leaving us with the Government's foot on our neck and hands in our pockets.

You've said it yourself, Canada is broken. I believe it's broken beyond repair. Do you know what we can fix though? We can fix Alberta. We need to break the cycle of abuse on Oct 19, 2026.

Still some are conflating Alberta Tribes with tribes from BC, or the east. Completely different languages, cultures and histories. Pan-Canadian Indianism is a myth. Just like the Canadian Identity is a myth. I never mix up Albertans with maritimers or Quebecers. That is the equivalent of what some do.

I want Alberta Independence, I want out of the Indian Act. Others do not, they are fine with being Crown Wards and having no land title deeds to their reserve.

So please, do not lump those First Nations that Support Alberta Independence with those who do not.

Here is a MINDBOGGLING revelation for Canadians:

It’s YOUR MONEY, just given back to you LOL.

Yeah… its a credit on the GST collected by the government on expenses you incurred

But here is where DUMB government logic comes into play

First they have to collect it – which puts a compliance and administrative burden on private enterprise to manage these tax collection and remittance back to the government

Then CRA has to process it, which means massive bureaucratic costs

Then CRA has to remit it back to you… again incurring bureaucratic costs

Plus associated banking fees

Isn’t it just a thing of BEAUTY?

How to lose millions of dollars, the government way

Instead of just… Cutting taxes and thus alleviating all this administrative mess in the first place for the exact same result

Only drawback for the government?

They don’t get to run a massive PR campaign patting themselves on the back for giving you your own money back .

In the UK the pressure to abort a child with disabilities is huge. On my 3rd baby, because of my age, her kidney condition and her measurements, they wanted me to do the test to see if she had Downs. I refused the test because it can cause miscarriage, and I wanted the baby no matter what. They acted like I was Rose West or something. They separated my husband and I and talked him in to trying to convince me to have a termination. They kept telling me she'd have a terrible life etc.

She's 11 next month and has nothing wrong with her other than one kidney. She's one of the nicest, best, kindest, funniest, warm hearted human beings I have ever known. Every day she gives my life purpose. The doctors aren't always right.

If you're not prepared to love your child no matter what, you probably shouldn't have children.

Carney's Agriculture Minister says Conservatives aren't "talking to farmers". Did he forget that multiple Conservative MPs, including me, ARE farmers, who continue to live on and grew up on farms - and who represent the VAST majority of rural communities in Canada?

We are well aware of just how much Carney's top-down European style, bureaucratic, out of touch and expensive agriculture policies hurt Canada's rural communities, and drive up costs in grocery stores.

Conservatives will continue to fight for common sense policies and solutions so Canada's hardworking farmers, ranching families, and local agricultural businesses can thrive and sustain rural ways of life -- just as we always have!
