i hope you felt the love we gave thru our cheers, b head, & flowers. i wish i’ve done better.. kung alam ko lang na sobrang limited lang time natin together ;(
thank you, still, for nodding and smiling when i said magb-bounce back pa tayo next season. will surely miss you, d. 😔
GRETCHEN HO: SILENCE FUELS SPECULATION 🗣️
“As a former student-athlete of Ateneo, this tragedy hits very close to home. It is, deeply painful.
There are legitimate questions about what happened, and I trust that the multi-stakeholder body formed by the PSC, together with representatives from the UAAP, SBP, CHED, and NYC, will establish the facts and present them to the public at the appropriate time.
Understandably, people are still in a state of shock, and we should allow them this space to grieve and find their footing. However, silence will only allow speculation and false narratives to thrive. We trust that the institution we call home will do the right thing.”
- Gretchen Ho, Former Ateneo Lady Eagle
Seeing his siblings now makes it all painful. They robbed this teen not only his future, but his family's as well.
May justice be served to ordinary people.
Rene is us.
Mga ordinaryong tao, walang pera, walang koneksyon, walang resources.
There are no words that can truly ease a loss like this. 💔
The Ateneo community keeps Rene Baterbonia and Divine Adili, along with their loved ones, in our thoughts and prayers. Rest in peace.
