We have done a booking on 20/11/2025 . As the property was already reserved hence our booking was cancelled by @Airbnb_in and we got an e-mail for the refund within 7 day but we have not get refund.

On my face saying : this will not be covered in insurance. You have damaged the bike somewhere and it will not covered. Issues was in the handle bar and he is lookig at bike jumpers where thr oil seal was damaged long ago and there is no relation with the requirment i have raised

I asked him loudly & clear that are you sure about this work required 12 days and he was sayiny casually yes. Then he brings the insurance person who handles the queries at thw workstation. He even didn't hear what is the exact issue, how the damage happend and straight forward
