@airtelindia Requested a new DTH connection today. Got an SMS stating engineer would install the DTH by 6.00 pm today, but no one turned up. Customer care has barely helped. Live chat on the App is non-existent. And no updates from your side. So how do I get the issue sorted out?

Hi @AxisBank , for past several months, I've been getting EMI default alerts on my email ID for a business loan THAT DOESN'T EVEN BELONG TO ME. I've spoken with customer care several times but they seem pretty helpless. A swift end to this harassment would be highly appreciated.

@TataMotors Essentially, god forbid, if any part replacement is required, it takes 15-30 days of waiting for the part to arrive and be replaced. This is highly frustrating!

Kindly get in touch with me and look into this issue, as I am totally fed up of following with the service center.

@TataMotors Reported this issues at the service center on 1st March. They said there is some issue with the sensor and it needs to be replaced, adding they they have placed the order for the part. It's been 2 weeks and the part has not yet arrived!

Someone else's loan has been incorrectly tagged to my email id. Due to this, I am constantly getting loan default emails from Axis.

I raised this issue with customer care but received no support. Please look into this issue & connect with me asap.
