Tanner Scott headlines as the worst member of a very weak bullpen……Dodgers can’t compete top to bottom with most teams ie losing to Arizona tonight……..let along making a run to best the Brewers or Phillies.

Slump is one thing. As a long time season ticket holder it’s been one of the most unproductive pitching seasons in a decade. Starters having to go 7 innings and pitch 110 pitches with no one to close out games is a scary recipe. The expectation of World Series repeat is TBD……

Walker isn’t coming back, Kike hitting under .225 coming off the bench for 162 games isn’t getting him a payday. Blake has been injured 2 out of past 3 seasons so if you look at the big picture how can you pay these guys. Baseball isn’t measured on a World Series win.

#dodgers would make a huge mistake trading for JV, this all or nothing mentality is counterproductive. You don’t have to be instant contenders every year!
