On this Labor Day, let us remember that it wasn’t the CEOs and billionaires who saved us during COVID-19. It was the janitors, nurses, cleaning crews, grocery and food workers with their hard, often invisible labor.

@DPPaul Hi Paul! My Dad was a WW2 combat photographer. He documented Patton laying out plans for The Battle of the Bulge and after the war he continued his friendship with Russ Meyer (also a combat photographer). Maybe our Dads knew each other.

For many years it was a personal comedy favorite. Now it doesn’t seem funny anymore. I think the humor was derived from how silly (and wrong) our fears lead us, today fearless is naïve.
