So true, @A_Salkida You’ve captured a hard truth many prefer to ignore.
When the military records successes rescuing victims, repelling attacks, and killing dozens of insurgents and stabilising communities, it barely gets attention. But the moment there is a setback, it dominates headlines and shapes the entire narrative. That imbalance is unfair to men and women who risk their lives daily to keep this country standing.
Whether people like it or not, the Nigerian military remains a critical force holding the line. Without them, the reality would be far worse for millions of Nigerians. Entire communities would be overrun, and many who speak freely today might not even have that opportunity.
Criticism is valid in any system, but it must be balanced and informed. Constantly tearing down the military while ignoring their sacrifices does more harm than good. If we are serious about security and stability, then we must also be honest enough to acknowledge the role they continue to play under very difficult conditions.
A-lot of people are working to tear this country apart or make sure it fails. Fake narratives is being sold out to international communities while crises entrepreneurs are cashing out on daily basis. There are those who are hell bent in sabotaging the country’s while disguising as our helpers. The problem of insecurity became even worst since the Big helpers set their foot on the ground. But the question is “Where is the HELP?”
It’s said that a Political party is a vehicle to Power. If that is true, you should know the difference between a brand new vehicle and a ‘Tokunbo’.That is also the case between registering a new party and adopting an old one.Atiku left Wike and met Nafiu,Obi left Lamidi and Abure and met Nafiu and Kwankwaso left Dr Agbo major and met Nafiu.
Politics is not a straight line and not a smooth path. Its a walk through a land mine and through storms and https://t.co/rZ5mRzYpfe saw the humiliation Trump went through before returning to https://t.co/F8EQ2nzwin saw what Asiwaju went through, even within his https://t.co/woqWSG7d5H knew what Buhari went through for 15 https://t.co/2f08LPdx8I a point,Buhari shed tears.
Everyone you see occupying position of power has his bitter and rough story to tell, and there are things he or she will NEVER reveal. That is power. When you voluntarily seek for power, you should know that you have made a choice to pass through the baptism of fire. Those who are expecting or hoping that their adversaries will make things easier for them are not ready for power.
There is no easy road to power.
I’m ready, this is an opportunity of a lifetime to break the shackles of poverty and ignorance, to ensure democracy survives, not the noise-making, not the rascality of street convention.
- President Tinubu today mocked ADC’s Convention as he declared he is ready for 2027.
Today, as I clock another year on the journey of life, I'm filled with joy and gratitude for the opportunity to serve this great nation.
I want to take this moment to thank Nigerians for their messages, show of love and prayers on the occasion of my 74th birthday. I thank all our citizens for their patriotism, solidarity and support for our administration…
