I am unable to find any info on your website and unable to contact someone until Monday. I have an elderly father that has lost the charging kit for his Your Stride watch. I need to order and replace immediately. Not wait till Monday. Can anyone help please?

@SportsDirectUK I have dm'ed, a few times. I really want to scream right now. I want this resolved. It is completely unsatisfactory your response. I am tired of my own voice telling you again and again that I sent back a pair of football boots as per my order.

why oh why can't you talk to anyone on the telephone @SportsDirectUK it is such a waste of time the constant toing and froing with endless messages which get nowhere. How do companies get away with running their business like this. They are bullies.

@SportsDirectUK I have, many times but with no success. You are telling me I am lying. I am beyond exasperated and properly cross. I just want my refund for the football boots I sent back and all you keeping telling me your CCTV shows I sent a pair of jeans. It is lie. I am fed up.
