I believe my account was treated unfairly by The5ers during the verification process. I successfully passed my evaluation account on 9 July and was ready to proceed with KYC verification. I submitted the same government-issued identification documents that were successfully verified and accepted by both FundedNext and FTMO. However, The5ers rejected my verification without providing a clear explanation or any specific reason.

What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of customer support. After reaching out multiple times, I did not receive a meaningful response for almost 20 days. I sent another follow-up message on 29 July, and only then did I receive a reply stating that the KYC had been rejected by a third-party provider, without explaining why my valid documents were declined or offering any opportunity to resolve the issue.

As a trader who successfully passed the evaluation, I expected a transparent, fair, and timely verification process. Instead, I experienced poor communication, long delays, and a rejection with no clear justification. I respectfully request a transparent review of my case and a detailed explanation for the KYC rejection so that this matter can be resolved fairly. @the5erstrading
