@Airtel_Care@AirtelNigeria: I need urgent help and I'm posting publicly because every other channel has failed.

I subscribed to Airtel Smart Connect Home & Office WiFi (90-day Unlimited plan, NGN 67,500) on 12th May 2026. The router was installed but did NOT work until 15th May. Despite this, my 90-day subscription was activated from 10th May (BEFORE I even became a customer) meaning I lost 5 days I never used.
Now, even though I'm on a 90-day plan, my internet has been completely cut off from 15th May to 11th June with zero communication.
I emailed support on 14th May and waited an unreasonable amount of time for any reply. Their customer care line does not connect, and follow-up emails go unanswered.
This has directly affected my work and income. I'm requesting:
1. Immediate restoration of service for the remaining valid days
2. Correction of the billing cycle to reflect my actual activation date
3. A formal response addressing this ongoing failure

This has directly disrupted my work. I am requesting immediate service restoration, correction of the billing cycle, and a written response within 48 hours.
