> Part of the reason why internal conflicts were happening was due to multiple deadlines were missed during the development of Midnight Club: Los Angeles
> after the title was cancelled, the team was dismantled. Part of the team transitioned to working on RAGE engine or Red Dead Redemption

From Rockstar Game's perspective, the game wasn't that important to them because its not 'GTA’.
