1. Communicate clearly.

2. Respect early supporters.
The community that promoted, defended, and stayed loyal deserves transparency not uncertainty.

3. Deliver or reset expectations.
People want TGE, not endless tasks, codes, or moving goalposts.

Community matters.
Exchanges grow because of trust, and trust is built through communication, not silence.

Betraying the community after this long journey will definitely affect you as an exchange.
