Been seeing so many Christians around the world with Pray For Israel hashtags. I have not seen even one of them, pastor or layman, with a Pray For Palestine or Pray For Palestinians hashtag. What is wrong with us? Do we think God loves only Israelis? Does God hate Palestinians?
So, if you shoot Palestinians, blood does not flow from their bodies? They don't die because they are zombies? Do they have no feelings? Are they sub-humans? Why is it that we have no care for them and all care for Israel? Why are all our sympathies and empathies reserved for Israel? Have you been to Palestine to see how they live? I have!
Are all Palestinians Hamas or Hezbollah? No. A minimal number are. Most are just ordinary people, like you and I, struggling to make a living for themselves and their families under the most hellish conditions on Earth.
I am praying for Palestine and Palestinians because John 3:16 says, 'God so loved the world'. It does not say God loves only Israel and Israelis. Join me, please!
And I urge Pope Francis @Pontifex, and the Archbishop of Canterbury, @JustinWelby, the World Council of Churches, @Oikoumene, as well as the Patriarchs of the various Orthodox Churches, to appeal to the global Body of Christ to spare a thought and prayer, not for Hamas or Hezbollah, but for the suffering people of Palestine who have no control over the circumstances in which they now find themselves.

You say the Israelis are children of God, and I agree. But what of the Palestinians? Who created them? Satan? Of course not. God also created them, and He also loves them. We cannot love Israelis and hate Palestinians and still be Godly. Godly people love all people, and the only thing they should hate is injustice. Our task is not to support Israel or Palestine. Our purpose is to support peace. And if a two-station solution will bring peace, then Nigeria, under President Bola Tinubu, should press for that.

Nigeria’s federal government does not yet have a ministerial code of conduct. If and when one is established (and one must come soon), it should apply equally to permanent secretaries and all members of the boards of FG parastatals and commissions. https://t.co/MTyDA9F1nu
