Terlepas benar/tidaknya klaim “skandal” di ISPPD 2026, ini alarm keras: Pasal 31 ayat 5 UUD 1945 telah dilanggar secara TSM.

Indonesia tak punya research university sejati—kampus kita mayoritas hanya teaching university, bahkan sering jadi “SMA Jilid 2”.

Dosen diperlakukan seperti birokrat, bukan ilmuwan dengan ekosistem tenure track. Akibatnya, ilmu baru tak lahir; kita hanya mengulang pengetahuan usang dari luar negeri.

Jangan kaget jika yang tumbuh bukan budaya riset, tapi budaya gelar, sertifikat, dan pencitraan akademik.
