Marka hay’aduhu si madax-bannaan oo aan isla jaanqaadayn u gudbiyaan xog ama go’aanno kala duwan, waxa abuurma jaahwareer, waxaana wiiqma kalsoonida dadweynuhu ku qabaan.

Dawladnimadu waxay ku dhisan tahay isku-duwid, wada-tashi iyo kala-sarrayn sharciyeed oo si cad u qeexaya masuuliyadda iyo waajibaadka hay’ad kasta iyo masuul kasta. Sidaa darteed, hay’adaha dawladda waxaa laga doonayaa inay yeeshaan hannaan wada-shaqayn oo joogto ah, xog-isweydaarsi hufan, fariimo mideysan iyo kala-dambayn waafaqsan xeerarka iyo Dastuurka Jamhuuriyadda Somaliland.

This is a historic day, symbolizing the first Somali territory to reclaim its freedom and sovereignty from European colonization. It is a unique chapter in the history of the Republic of Somaliland.
