@djirumor Interesting: I can no longer comment on @DJIJapan posts because my account appears to be blocked. I was simply sharing my documented experience with my Neo 2 crash and DJI’s handling of the case. @djirumor
@DJIGlobal Do not buy the DJI Neo 2. I used it exactly as advertised in Palm Takeoff and Follow Mode. It crashed, DJI cannot explain why, and they still refuse to take responsibility. @DJIGlobal@DJISupport
@DJIGlobal
@DJIGlobal Why advertise a flight mode if DJI won’t stand behind the product when something goes wrong while using that mode? My Neo 2 crashed and DJI still has no explanation. @DJIGlobal@DJISupport

@DJIEnterprise My Neo 2 crashed during the exact flight mode DJI promotes. They couldn’t determine the cause and found no user error, yet I am the one expected to pay for another drone. @DJIGlobal@DJISupport
@djirumor I trusted DJI and used the Neo 2 exactly as advertised. After the crash, DJI couldn’t explain what happened and still refused to repair or replace it. Very disappointing. @djirumor
@DJIEnterprise DJI cannot tell me why my Neo 2 crashed, but they want me to buy another one. Why would any customer trust the same product again? @DJIEnterprise
@OSMO_JAPAN A crash with no identified user error, no clear explanation from DJI, and the proposed solution is simply “buy another one with a discount.” This is not acceptable. @OSMO_JAPAN@DJIJAPAN@DJISupport

@djirumor Think twice before buying the Neo 2. I used the advertised flight mode, my drone crashed, no user error was identified, and DJI still refuses a free repair or replacement. @djirumor

@DJIGlobal DJI advertises Palm Takeoff and Follow Mode as a feature, but when my Neo 2 crashed while using it, DJI couldn’t determine the cause and left me with the loss. @DJIGlobal@DJISupport
