solid stack. the one category missing from every "tools i use" list i see is the testing layer. everyone lists generation tools (claude, the video models) but nothing for deciding which output to actually run. thats wild to me because thats the step that decides if the other tools made you money or just made you assets
the 8M views/week is the number that actually matters here, not the $720k. anyone can automate a studio that pumps out volume. the hard part you glossed over is the angle selection that gets you 8M instead of 80k on the same pipeline. the automation is the easy half. whats the system for picking what to make?
this video is breaking the internet. why?
because it's 100% AI. the brands doing this at volume are quietly eating everyone's reach.
comment "REACH" for the breakdown

the scale part is real and most people are sleeping on it. the trap though is everyone races to make MORE ai content when the winners are making more of the RIGHT content. unlimited output just means the bottleneck moved to knowing what's worth posting. volume without a filter is just faster noise
the design capability is genuinely underrated, agreed. the trap i see people fall into though is getting so impressed by what they CAN generate that they forget to ask if anyone wants it. the tool makes the asset in minutes. knowing which asset is worth making is still the whole game
this is the part people skip. the whole point of testing is to get a clean signal on each concept, not to save money. same logic is why ai ugc matters now, it lets you feed ABO way more concepts to test instead of betting the budget on the 2 you could afford to shoot. more shots on goal, same clean read
finally someone treating the model choice as a cost decision instead of a hype one. but the bigger cost most people ignore isnt which model, its the regen tax. you can pick the "cheapest" one and still burn 8 gens per usable clip if your prompt or angle is off. the model is rarely the bottleneck, the input is
@IdentimiYT@0xROAS@hookrate_ usually VEO 3.1, sora 2 pro and seedance 2.0. I also host an AI UGC tool called https://t.co/U1CSTEaWnJ if you wanna check out
@mikefutia the 25k credits part is the honest detail everyone else leaves out. thats the real story of ai ugc, not "$1 per video," its how many tries it takes to get the one. the people winning arent the ones generating cheapest, theyre the ones who know which output to actually run
@printinesperad the "$1 per generated video" is doing heavy lifting. thats per generation, not per usable clip. anyone whos run this knows you burn 5-10 gens to get one thats not cursed. the leaked system is the easy part. knowing which 1 of 50 to scale is what nobody sells
everyone in this niche is lying to you about "$1 per video."
that's the cost of one clean generation. it ignores the 7 you deleted to get it.
real cost of one USABLE ai ugc video:
→ 6-8 failed gens before one isn't cursed
→ the $200/mo sub to even access the model
→ 20 min of editing the "flawless" clip nobody shows you
→ the 30 you'll test before one actually converts
the tool got cheap. that was never the hard part.
the hard part is knowing which 1 of 50 angles to scale. that's the only skill that still costs something.
stop buying "infinite cheap video." start building a system that tells you what to make.
"$1 per video" is the number everyone repeats and nobody actually hits. thats the cost of ONE clean generation. add the 6 you threw away to get it, the editing, and the sub youre paying to access seedance, and youre closer to $15-20 a usable video. still cheap, but lets be honest about the math
@spect3ral the "changed the math" framing is exactly right. but the real unlock isnt the $4k-8k you save per campaign, its that the saving lets you run 10 campaigns instead of 1. cost dropping is nice, the testing volume it unlocks is what actually prints
interesting bet. i think youre half right. the "humans in the loop" part is real, but pivoting away from ai entirely feels like overcorrecting to me. the winners im seeing arent ai-only OR human-only, theyre using ai to test 30 angles cheap then putting humans on the 3 that hit. curious why fully back to human vs the hybrid
@DTCdon street interviews are the sleeper format right now, they read as real way more than talking-head ugc does. if youre building all three id start there and the podcast clips, those two get the most dwell time. happy to share what angles have been converting if useful
