کے الیکٹرک کی بے حسی کی انتہا ہو چکی ہے۔ کراچی جیسے بڑے شہر میں شام 5 بجے سے بجلی غائب ہے اور اب سات گھنٹے گزرنے کے باوجود بجلی بحال نہیں کی جا سکی۔ صارفین کو بتایا جا رہا ہے کہ “کیبل فالٹ” ہے، لیکن سوال یہ ہے کہ اگر واقعی فالٹ ہے تو اسے درست کرنے میں اتنا وقت کیوں لگ رہا ہے؟
@KElectricPk صارفین سے پورے بل وصول کرتی ہے، مگر جب سروس فراہم کرنے کی بات آتی ہے تو انتہائی ناقص کارکردگی کا مظاہرہ کیا جاتا ہے۔ شدید گرمی اور حبس میں شہری اذیت کا شکار ہیں، جبکہ متعلقہ افسران نہ فون اٹھا رہے ہیں اور نہ ہی کوئی مؤثر جواب دے رہے ہیں۔
نیپرا، وفاقی وزارتِ توانائی اور متعلقہ حکام کو اس صورتحال کا فوری نوٹس لینا چاہیے۔ کراچی کے لاکھوں شہری مسلسل لوڈشیڈنگ اور طویل بریک ڈاؤنز کا سامنا کر رہے ہیں۔ اگر صارفین اپنے بل بر وقت ادا کر رہے ہیں تو بجلی فراہم کرنے والے ادارے کو بھی اپنی ذمہ داریاں پوری کرنی چاہئیں۔
کراچی کے عوام جواب چاہتے ہیں کہ آخر اس ناقص سروس اور مسلسل پریشانی کا ذمہ دار کون ہے؟

In this extreme heat and unbearable humidity, Karachi residents are being pushed to their limits. Electricity has been out for more than 2.5 hours, and when we contact @KElectric, we are told that their team is busy with another project and may only be available around 10:30 PM.

What kind of service is this? Consumers pay their bills in full and on time, yet there is no accountability when power outages occur. Calls go unanswered, and even responsible officials are not responding.

Karachi deserves better. People are suffering in this weather while @KElectric continues to ignore their concerns. This is unacceptable. Shame on @KElectric for treating its consumers this way.

About four years back road was in perfect shape after been constructed with huge cost and one fine day all its beauty disappeared.
