日本は世界有数の治安の良い国で、街頭での性犯罪やハラスメントの発生率は多くのイスラム圏や一部欧米都市より明らかに低い。安全のために布で髪を隠す必要性は、統計上ほとんどありません

残る理由は「自分はムスリムだ」というアイデンティティの可視化だけ
それは本人の自由だが、日本社会の規範や治安上の必要性から来たものではないですね
少数派が自分の宗教ルールを公の場で示している、という事実に過ぎません
意味があるとすれば、その一点だけ
