Extremely disappointed by the way this claim was handled by claim manager Vanam V. Vidhyasagar. He was unprofessional and very rude on the call. When asked to speak to his manager, he hung up on me asking to call customer service @ICICILombard#icicicarinsurance
@ICICILombard No one has contacted me. And they way I have been treated by the claim manager Vanam V Vidhyasagar and his Manager Vamshi was very abd rude and unprofessional. Looks like they have taken this case on their EGO and not willing to help.

Brought an #Samsung Windfree AC from #Croma and it's working as a Cooler Raised multiple complaints. Not happy with the way @cromaretail & @SamsungIndia has managed this escalation is pathetic. They don't want to hear what the issue is and only want to say what they feel. Unhappy
@SamsungIndia I got a call from Samsung Feedback and they informed that they will arrange a Senior Technician from Samsung and not a DSA. I got a call from DSA and they said they have already checked and nothing more to do and closed the case. Can someone arrange a technician Direct fm Samsung
