This guy spent years hustling away from home, saving N800k to buy land and build a house. He sent the entire N800k to his dad to help him buy land.

Two days later, his father call him and say "We couldn't find any land for that amount. But my friend has a plot of land worth 2m but he's willing to sell it to you for N1.5 million instead of N2 million. Just add N700k more."

Desperate to make his dream happen, the son worked even harder. Sold his belongings. Starved himself of comfort.
Scraped together every kobo until he sent the full N1.5 million to his father.

He trusted his father with the money, only to return home and discover that his father had used it to marry a second wife.

His father lied, hid the truth, and even cursed anyone who dared to tell his son what really happened. Heartbroken and betrayed, the son took his father to court. And people are blaming him, using culture and religion to defend the father's actions.

How does a father do that to his own son?
