@SBICard_Connect

My SBI Credit Card application (Application No: ********9477) is still awaiting L2 verification despite completing the earlier verification stages. I request an update on the delay and kindly ask that the application be processed at the earliest.

Please look into this matter and help resolve it ASAP.

@OpenAI @OpenAIHelp I’m in India and cannot subscribe to ChatGPT Plus. “Payment was not approved” appears immediately when I click Card or UPI, before UPI QR/authorization or card verification even starts.

Tried Brave + Firefox, incognito, extensions/ad blockers disabled, and multiple payment methods.

UPI is supported for Plus in India. Could you please check whether this is an account/checkout/payment-processor issue rather than a bank decline?

@_Shiva_iitp @itsavrinwave @nikitabier I got a similar message two days back as well.

@SBICard_Connect Very disappointed with the handling of my credit card application (App No. 29226080244XX). Completed L1 verification and was repeatedly told I would receive an L2 verification call, but it never came. After waiting for days and following up multiple times, I found my application was marked "Declined" without any SMS, email, or call explaining the reason. Kindly share the exact rejection reason and review the application. Registered Mobile: [phone]XX #SBICard
