An end-to-end ML project will land you a job and deepen your understanding far more than any courses or certificates.

How to start?

1. Pick data from Kaggle/APIs
2. Basic EDA and feature engineering
3. Model training and fine-tuning
4. Inference pipeline using FastAPI
5. Docker and YAML configurations
6. Add monitoring
7. Write about it publicly

Use ChatGPT to design the project and frame the problem statement. Learn concepts during implementation in the pipeline, don't learn them beforehand. Use Antigravity for vibe coding and question ChatGPT about the design to cover edge cases.

That's how you build strong basics and practical knowledge. Don't learn blindly. Learn to design ML systems.
