I am an HDFC account holder since 15 to 20 yrs. Recently was charged 1003 as debit card charges. personal banker says ur account has shifted to previledge account. This shift was without consent & was not informed abt charges. Personal banker evasive. Not expected

Had bought a dress worth 4000 from Vero Moda. After one wash the colour faded. Had emailed regarding the same with photographs. They agreed to the defect and offered a voucher of just rs 3000 and tat too valid only for online shopping. This is unfair

Tried to install jio fibre. Many engineers visited and concluded tat it's not possible to install. Asked for refund. Recieved only part payment. Booking amt of 1111 pending. It's been more 15 days. Kindly assist. Customer has been inefficient to say the least

@JIOFIBER8 Had applied for jio fibre and paid 6 months payment on 30th may 25. Multiple visits were made by ur engineers and they told me tat installation is not possible. Asked for refund. Even after multiple calls complete payment not done. Very unprofessional

@JIOFIBER8 paid 6 months subscription on 30th. Still no installation. There was issue with installation but no solution. I asked every time to call the person who first came to install. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour. No option but to cancel subscription

@zomato had ordered cheese chilly garlic paratha yesterday. Recieved it absolutely cold. Complete waste of money. On enquiry i was told tat the delay was due to another delivery. I was told tat it is done to reduce delivery time.

His Enrollment number is - 2821/27035/07652. Even after 3 months we have not received the aadhar card. On the Uidai website it shows process delay even now.
