@madebygoogle Google Nest support is awful. Over a month trying to get a replacement for a defective Nest Thermostat. Your agents aren't helpful and keep telling me they can't transfer me to a manager, that one will get back to me in 1-2 days but no one ever does. I really need help

@Lenovo Your company has time to post dog videos but not to respond to customer issues. Look at Lenovo support feed, no responses. Your support team has hung up on me multiple times for no cause and my laptop hasn’t been fixed since august of last year. Please help!!

@LenovoSupport I have had a terrible support experience from your team in Atlanta. Another one of your agents just abruptly hung up on me. I’ve been trying to fix my Lenovo laptop since august of last year!! Bunch of case numbers snd no one cares.
