Hi women, can you post pictures or talk about your academic achievements? I need some motivation this month.
If you see this tweet, share it so women can see it.
Away from Temi Otedola…
Please guard your womb and your life jealously, stop playing with it!
Ladies, get pregnant when you know your partner can afford the best healthcare and, at the very least, a decent postnatal experience for you.
I’m tired of seeing women work themselves to exhaustion during pregnancy because they have to meet their own share of the financial responsibilities.
I’m tired of seeing women suffer botched surgeries and lifelong health complications because they can’t afford good hospitals.
I’m tired of seeing women die because they cannot afford hospital bills.
Be intentional about who you choose to have children with.
That’s the real struggle of the average Nigerian woman.
Am I the only one, that sir and ma didn't apply in our home. It's mom thank you & Daddy thank you
Even to my uncles we regarded them as Bro xoxo till date. I guess cos my mum was the first of her 6 brothers. Then for very older uncles as Dee.
Aunty is common I don't know why 😄
That thread of married men sharing their marriage experiences. 🥴
80% of the replies are about financial struggles, & theyre blaming their wives for "bringing bad luck" instead of seeing that Nigeria's economy is the primary reason.
One person even said his wife is a corper. You people clearly don’t knw the value of a two-income household.
You'll intentionally target young girls with no jobs while you're earning peanuts yourself, then turn around & complain about financial hardship after marriage.
You want a patriarchal lifestyle on a ₦150,000 salary? Better marry your agemate & build together by pooling resources.
The neighborhood I found myself in,People outsource almost everything. In my head, I'm not there yet, still do my things myself
Then I made a friend around, I asked how much she paid the cleaner that came every Saturday for deep cleaning. Not even up to 5k
The Chef? Oh Lord 😭
This dude says he gets 3k dollars for a tech job then he outsources it to Nigerians and he pays them 300k Naira. His rent is 10 million naira and he pays gate man N40k per month 😭😩
I’ve been watching a lot of “I moved back /Relocated to Nigeria” videos on YouTube and what saddens me is how they highlight with glee that you can get things “sooooo cheap” here. Nanny 50k per month. Chef 70k per month. So predatory. Let’s not promote that please.
