I missed my bus from Enugu to Lagos because it left 30 mins earlier than it was supposed to. The customer care agent said they tried calling me but my number was unavailable. However, I had called the evening before to confirm any changes to the departure time

Lagos from GIGM would have been on a Tuesday due to the sit-at-home in the East. In that same hour, I followed the c.c agent's advise to lodge a complaint/send a request for a refund via email. It has been three days since my mail, and I still haven't gotten any reposnse.

Yes, many engineering programmes require you to take the GRE which EduUSA funds if you are successful with their application. The GRE test is quite expensive but is valid for 5 years, so consider applying to EduUSA.
