Very disappointed as a VIP Platinum member. I booked “The Wind Munnar” based on your listing which clearly mentioned AC, good amenities, and high rating (8+).

However, after booking, I found:
• No air conditioning (misleading info)
• Poor maintenance (confirmed via Google reviews)
• No heater or kettle in a cold climate
• Limited parking

This is a clear case of false listing / misrepresentation.

@GetOneCard charged me ₹590 (₹500 overlimit fee + ₹90 GST) without my consent or alert, which is a clear violation of RBI guidelines.

Overlimit was enabled without approval. Kindly reverse this charge, or I’ll escalate to the RBI Ombudsman.

After just 4 years, service is denied this is clear misselling and misleading.
