Ur Insurance Portal and ur Care App, both, freeze and stop responding. None there to attend at ur Customer Service. Renewal is such a pain, God knows what would happen to a claim. @irdaindia FYI

Ma’am, engines are probably the single most complicated piece of equipment on board an aircraft. They do malfunction with amazing regularity. I am sure the pilots would not have taken a decision to divert lightly, that too to a small remote town in the near wilderness of Oblast. At least the town is putting up people to the best of their ability. In emergencies it’s common across the world to convert gyms and game courts into large dormitory housing. It’s a tough situation. Complaining isn’t going to help. It is what it is unfortunately. Despite the situation, I urge the passengers to be cheerful. There is no point losing your health by getting angry.
