Lazy doctors have always existed. It’s not a “newly graduated doctors” thing. If there’s an issue to address, address it directly. Don’t spread the myopic narrative that young doctors are lazy.

Closely, the job she expects the HO to do that he/she is not doing is probably a cleaner, HA or even a nurses job. HOs are not slaves. They shouldn’t be running to the labs to retrieve result and look for blood if things were working.
