Many years ago, I told my wife—and I'm sure she wrote it down—I said to her: "You must understand that when you have mood swings, I am not a light switch. You cannot just switch me off and switch me on at will."
Some people believe they can act however they want because once they come back and say "sorry," you are automatically supposed to accept it. No!
Let me tell you the truth: if you run unpredictable mood swings, your soul is under attack.
When you get happy or unhappy at the slightest whim without cause, there is a deeper issue in your soul you haven't dealt with. Uncontrolled mood swings are merely symptoms of unhealed wounds inside you.
Listen to me: everyone experiences wrong emotions, but the people we respect are those who have learned to discipline their feelings!
Anybody can react, pick up the phone, and curse someone out. When you vent at people and they choose not to respond, they aren't agreeing with you—they are simply showing you that you have a discipline problem.
Don't boast, "Anybody who does me wrong, I will give it right back to them!" No, that is revealing a lack of emotional maturity.
Today you are sweet and nice, and tomorrow you turn around and blame it on your monthly cycle. Ask yourself this question: when you are at work dealing with your boss or your corporate clients, do you look at them and say, "I am on my period, so I can't think straight or act professionally today"?
How come when it comes to your career, you can exercise self-control, but when it comes to your spouse or loved ones, you dump all your toxicity on them?
The Bible says a double-minded person is unstable in all their ways, and an unstable person cannot receive much from God or build lasting momentum with men.
People will not trust you if you are spiritually and emotionally unpredictable. People won't go far with you if you lack stability.
Many of you wonder why certain relationships ended suddenly—it’s because people already have enough pressure in life! Adding your unchecked emotional volatility to their heavy load is not something anyone is looking forward to.

“The GH¢1.7 billion figure being described as a ‘loss’ is largely an accounting issue and should not be misconstrued as a loss incurred by GoldBod. A proper reading of the numbers and their context presents a very different picture.”

President Mahama shared a powerful message on humility, reflecting on the attitude of those who say, “Do you even know who I am?” He reminded everyone that regardless of status or influence, we are all equal in the end and will return to the earth.
He encouraged people to embrace the faith and values that built our homes, churches, and nation.
He also emphasized the importance of loving and cherishing our extended families, describing them as the people our parents have entrusted to us

💣🚨BREAKING: Thomas Partey Drops a Heartbreaking Speech.
🗣️My brothers and sisters, my Ghanaian family, and everyone watching around the world…
🗣️Today, I stand here with my heart full, full of pride for my country, full of respect for the beautiful game, and full of emotion that words can barely carry. Yesterday, we stepped onto that pitch against England, a moment I had dreamed of since I was a boy kicking a ball in the streets of Odumase. To wear the Black Stars jersey at the World Cup… there is no greater honor. No matter what storms come, this badge on my chest lifts me higher than any pain.
🗣️I know many of you have seen the noise. The questions. The silence from one player who chose not to shake my hand. I felt it. But I also felt the respect from so many others teammates past and present, opponents who competed with honor, and millions back home who never stopped believing. Football has always been bigger than one moment, one headline, or one difficult chapter. It brings us together even when the world tries to pull us apart.
🗣️To my family, my loved ones, and every Ghanaian who has lifted me in prayer: thank you. Your strength has been my shield when things felt heavy. I have always given everything for this game and for my country on the pitch and off it. I stand before you as a man who loves deeply, who fights for his dreams, and who believes in justice and truth. I have pleaded not guilty because I believe in my innocence, and I trust the process to show that. But right now, in this moment, I choose to focus on what I can control: playing with heart, leading with courage, and inspiring the next generation to never give up.
🗣️To the young boys and girls watching: life will test you. There will be boos, doubts, and doors that close. But keep running. Keep believing. Wear your flag with pride. Dream big even when the world says no. Ghana taught me that. Football taught me that. And yesterday, on that field, I felt our unbreakable spirit once again.
🗣️We may not have got the result we wanted, but we showed the world the fire of the Black Stars. This is not the end. We fight on for Ghana, for each other, and for every soul that needs hope.
From the bottom of my heart… thank you. Meda mo ase. God bless you, God bless Ghana, and God bless this beautiful game we all love.
We move forward. Together.
Thomas Partey. Black Star. Always. ❤️🇬🇭
