A 15-year-old boy has been charged with a string of sexual assaults against ten schoolgirls, including one under 13.

The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with 22 sexual offences, including twelve counts of sexually assaulting a female, three counts of assaulting a girl under 13 by touching, and raping a girl under the age of 13.

He has also been charged with raping a girl aged 13-15 and assaulting a female by penetration, along with two counts of making an indecent photograph photograph of a child, one count of possessing a prohibited image of a child, and one count of possessing extreme pornographic images portraying an act of intercourse/oral sex with an animal.

The charges are related to incidents alleged to have taken place between 2022 and 2025.

The suspect is due to appear at Wellingborough Youth Court on June 23.
