We treated 16 ventilated #COVID19 patients in vasodilatory shock with Angiotensin II (20 ng/kg/min titrated to MAP > 65 mmHg). ANGII achieved target MAP, we observed increased SpO2/FiO2 ratio. At 1 week 14 patients were alive.
