SO FUCKING EVIL: Israeli settler terrorist brutally beat a chained-up guard dog outside a Palestinian home in Attara, West Bank.

The dog was badly injured but the family is afraid of transporting him to the vet - they fear getting abducted at an IDF checkpoint because the attacker was a settler.
