@PLDTHome oh how about me? Here's my PLDT upgrade story. Hmmm, I never got an upgraded speed. I'm still getting below my old speed. And I got charged P4500 for one time fees when it was just a small monthly fee upgrade change!!! That's PLDT for you!

@PLDT_Cares Nakakapagod to deal with these chat bots that don't work accurately and with PLDT chat reps that are not efficient nor truly helpful. I wish @pldt wasn't practically a monopoly so I can find better internet and more personal and effective customer service.

@enjoyGLOBE returning to Manila after 7 years, I noticed my old reliable network Globe has tremendously gone down in reliability even in key cities and big malls like Podium, Greenhills and Opus. 5G or LTE. Porting to Smart seems the best choice. After 27 years. Thanks, Globe.👋
