To put a finer point on the Line 5 comments this evening: Taxpayers would be on the hook for the cost to clean up Enbridge's mess if Line 5 spills. Our Great Lakes, economy and thousands of jobs are on the line. Whitmer has ordered it to be shut down, and for good reason. #MIGov
