@emirates Day 26 of @emirates losing my luggage. Still no bags, no updates, and zero accountability. I guess "Fly Better" doesn't include actually delivering a passenger's belongings or essential medication. Disgraceful customer service.

.@emirates lost my luggage DXB-BKK on June 4. 62 calls and multiple office visits later, absolute radio silence. The bag contains crucial medication, forcing me to pay for emergency medical visits & replacements out of pocket. Total disregard for passenger health. #Emirates

PCB definitely needs to go down the arbitration route, no way that this threat call coincides with Pakistan beginning to bid for ICC events in the cycle starting 2023 An aggressive approach towards this cancellation needs to be taken, at all levels of cricketing administration.
