Same experience almost one month back Dr. @APanagariya . Extremely courteous staff. Even to some passengers throwing tantrum. Aircraft itself and food need improvement, though. And punctuality: before time.

Took Air India from New York to Delhi. What a change—extremely friendly and courteous cabin staff. The flight even arrived an hour early. They do need newer aircraft but understandably that will take time. A big privatization success story in the making.
