@GoFirstairways I can understand that there are unforeseen circumstances, however the issue here is basic stakeholder management. If you know there is going to be a delay at least inform customers before they checkin. Sine we have checked in there have been 2 other flights that have left.

@GoFirstairways is the most useless airlines I have travelled with. They asked us to be at the airport 3.5hrs before the flight and once checked on delayed the flight by 2hrs. It is such an inconvenience, absolutely useless staff saying they cannot do anything!! Sort yourself out
