आनंदाचे रसायन dopamine हे रोजच्या दैनंदिन जीवनात देखील मिळत पण ते तुलनेने खूपच कमी असत. मेंदूला पोर्न मधून मिळणार्‍या dopamine हायची सवय लागल्याने आयुष्यातील छोटे आनंद असो किंवा आकर्षक जोडीदार, तो आनंद कमीच वाटतो. इथेच तुम्हाला उदास, निराश वाटायला सुरवात होते कारण साधारण गोष्टीत मिळणारा आनंद हा काहीच वाटत नाही. पोर्न मुळे मेंदूतील आनंदाची सीमा नको तितकी वाढलेली असते जे कोकेन, हेरॉईन सारख्या ड्रग्स घेणार्‍याच्या बाबतीत होत.

डिप्रेशनची सुरवात झालेली असते.
पुढे जाऊन पोर्न मधून देखील आनंद कमी होतो, आयुष्यातील इतर गोष्टींची रुची कमी होत जाते.
अनेक जोडीदार करूनही सेक्स मध्ये हवा तसा आनंद येत नाही.
याचा परिणाम मानसिक व शारीरिक आरोग्यावर होतो. कामात लक्ष लागत नाही व आर्थिक समस्या निर्माण होतात.

कमीत कमी ९० दिवस तरी ही मेंदूची अवस्था साधारण स्थितीत आणायला लागतात.

जितके लवकर मेंदू reprogram करता येईल तितक्या लवकर ते करा. एकदा वेळ निघून गेली की हळहळत बसण्या शिवाय काहीही करू शकत नाही.
